Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  6. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  7. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  8. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  9. Prepare reports on account status
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory

Qualifications
  1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  2. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  3. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  4. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  5. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  6. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Art Director

Job Description

We are looking for a creative Art Director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept.

The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
  2. Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas

Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Motion Graphics Designer who will work closely with the marketing team, video producers, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects branding priorities.

Responsibilities
  1. Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
  2. Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
  3. Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
  4. Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
Qualifications
  1. Have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

He/She will be managing and preparing the company’s budget, as well as advising the managerial staff on potential investment activities, and developing trends and projections for the firm’s finances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  2. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  3. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  4. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

Photographer

Job Description

We are looking for an organized and creative photographer to work with clients to understand their needs.

The photographer’s responsibilities include seeking out appropriate locations for photoshoots, preparing the studio for each client, purchasing necessary props, and keeping abreast of the latest photo editing software.

Responsibilities
  1. Take professional pictures in a studio or on location
  2. Work closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic images
  3. Use different techniques to enhance the photographs as required
  4. Meet with clients prior to photoshoots to gauge their needs and expectations.
  5. Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
  6. Operate various photographic equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting
  7. Find appropriate locations for shoots that are held outside of the studio.
Qualifications
  1. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in photography art is preferred
  2. Prior work experience at a studio is preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Portfolio of work
  5. Customer focus with a desire to over-deliver on quality
  6. Flexible to travel to locations as required by the job
